Justin Bieber contest for fans in the New York area

Winners must be 13 years of age, must be local to the New York City area & provide own transportation to and from event.
This is a guest list event, names will be checked in at the door.
No cameras/camera phones.
Winners will be notified by Twitter Direct Message Friday, 4.9 at 2 pm EST and must respond with their full name and 3 guest names by Friday, 4.9 at 8 pm EST.
